The items are in great condition. The items have minor signs of shelf wear such as yellowing due to age and minor wear to the corners of the pages. The items measures approximately 27" x 35" when folded out. There are some minor tears to some of the cases of the charts. Because the packaging for the charts is slightly worn there could be some wear to the charts themselves.
