Applause Baby Raggedy Ann and Raggedy Andy Dolls, Both Limited Editions, New With Tags.
Precious Baby Raggedy Ann and Raggedy Andy dolls, Brother and Sister; cJohnny Gruelle. (made popular by the stories Johnny wrote for his ill daughter Marcella, of all the adventures the dolls would have when the family was asleep or away). Ever delightful, both dolls were inducted into the Toy Hall of fame years ago. These two are limited editions ( see photos with their numbers), and have two additional hang tags each ( one a blue plastic with Applause; the other in the form of a small booklet that opens and tells a little history of each). Baby Raggedy Ann is the first authorized Molly-E version of Baby Raggedy Ann, c1993, and is approximately 14 inches tall. Andy is a sleep/awake version ( the side which has him asleep has buttons on his shirt ( if you want to remove his outfit or see his ribbon tag), and he is c1996, and approximately 13 inches tall. Both dolls are excellent, new with tags, and have been carefully stored by me ( have some loose threads ).
