WW1 CEF Victory Medal to Leonard PRESS for service with 2nd Canadian Division Head Quarters who was born in Norfork, England and attested for service at Toronto Ont.
in Dec. 1914 at 37 years of age. He served with 2nd Can. Div. H.Q. for 3 years and 8 months where he suffered a concussion to the brain and after returning back to Canada he joined up again on June 19th 1918 for duty with G.M.P.
Impressed along edge: 1239 PTE. L. PRESS 2-CAN. DIV. H.Q.
Medal in very good shape. 2 sets of attestation papers (from Archives Canada web site) included with the medal.
