    WW1 CEF Silver War Medal  to Richard John PETMAN for service with 121st Canadian Infantry Battalion,
    who was born in Winchester, England and attested for service in New Westminster B.C. on May 1st 1916 at
    44
    years of age.
    A very scarce medal to 121ST Battalion as it was absorbed into the 16th Reserve Battalion fighting on the front and only those soldiers who reached England but were not absorbed
    in to
    16th Reserve Battalion
    and sent to the front retained the original 121-Can. Inf. on the medal.
    Impressed along edge: 761232 PTE. R.J. PETMAN 121-CAN. INF. With correct WW1 ribbon
