The comp is a mild to wild performance upgrade for the driver who wants adjustable power, added towing capacity, improved fuel economy, and extreme power. The Hot Comp or Drag Comp turns up the power in level 5 and fuels past 2,800 RPMs to 3,200 RPMs at a faster fuel rate than the standard Comp. This product is perfect for customer who already has gauges in their truck and now wants to get better performance.
The Edge Comp module maximizes engine efficiency by monitoring the RPM, timing, turbo boost pressure and fueling parameters of your Cummins engine. The Comp module uses this information to determine and control both fueling and timing enhancements for the Bosch fuel injection pump. Timing and fueling enhancements are controlled via CAN-BUS through the Data Link and by connecting directly into the Bosch fuel injection pump.
The Edge Comp features five power levels with power gains from 40-130 horsepower. Each of the levels has five independent adjustable sub-levels to control low boost fueling, providing a total of 25 levels of adjustability! The responsiveness settings enable you to dial-in the optimum balance between responsiveness and low boost smoke control no matter what additional power modifications have been made to the engine. The Comp module is fully adjustable on-the-fly and mounts inside the cab.
The following power gains are representative of an actual test vehicle. These gains were measured on a SuperFlow Dyno at an altitude of 4400 ft above sea level, and represent power delivered to the rear wheels of the test truck. The only modification made to the test truck was the addition of the Edge Juice module. Power gains may vary based on vehicle and geographical location.

This allowed our team to really get hands on experience with diesel trucks and gave them the ability to diagnose diesels over the phone. Our company expanded with our online store, ThoroughbredDiesel.com in 2005. In 2009 we built a new 11,000sq ft. shop with a in house dyno, conveniently located along interstate I-64 in Winchester, KY. This is now the location we host our annual Dyno Day called Judgement Day. Orders recieved by 3pm Eastern Standard Time, Monday through Friday are normally processed that day. We have several warehouses across the United States that we ship from. Most of our orders come from Kentucky, Idaho, California, or Texas. Most items are in stock in all 4 warehouses and we ship from the closest warehouse to you. We do our best to give everyone a tracking number for their order, if you do not receive a tracking number please just message or call us and ask. We ship items via UPS, Fedex, and our warehouses freight. Shipping is additional to Canada, Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico. Please inquire for price quotes. We do accept returns up to 30 days after purchase.
