Our luxurious Stone Plastic Composite (SPC) flooring is designed with an elegant wood-like appearance. It features a 4.5 mils rigid core with an HOA compliant IXPE pad that is 1.5 millimeters thick. The flooring has exceptional scratch protection. We carry two wear layer sizes: 12 mils & 20 mils. These are designed for moderate to high foot traffic. The SPC core is co-extruded during the manufacturing process to make the products more durable and rigid than traditional vinyl flooring. Suitable for residential and commercial uses!
