Shipped with USPS First Class. includes the Blue e-management, wiring harness with type A II box as pictured. sorry don't know much about it. I bought it used and never got chance to use it and now looking to get some of my money back to invest into my new small business. When I purchased it, this is what the title read. Pictures are ones I recently took to sell it. Sticker is still in place for adjustment knobs. looks to be in good shape and was listed as fully working when purchased and has sat in a sealed box. if there is there is anything I can clarify please let me know.
