HAMPDEN MILD ALE BEER TRAY. 'S MILD BUT STURDY. Willimansett, Massachusetts. Operating right out of Prohibition but only lasting 24 years. 1933-1957. Tray is listed as used. Has some issues but still looks great. This style has more of a curved edge with a rolled lip. Heavy, earlier 1950's piece. Cool, clean graphics on this one. The waiter is running drinks to the table. Smaller versions running around the rim. Close up appears that tiny flecks of paint are missing like air bubbles that popped or something around the lower inside rim. A cigarette size rust spot and some minor signs of use and age. The bottom of the tray shows character from actually being used in a bar over 70 years ago. Overall tray looks and displays great. Colors are still bright. Nice collectible tray. 13 inches across.
