    Description

    KINGS CROWN
    Regiment was raised November 11th 1866 as 44th bettalion of infantry at Niagara Falls, Ontario.
    Redesignated October 1st 1897, the 44th Lincoln and Welland Battlion of Infantry
    Became Lincoln and Wellan regiment December the 15th 1936.
    Badge is in excellent condition, lugs are original, cotter pin is a replacement, not original to the badge. A second cotter pin will be enclosed in the package, more in common with the badge.
