Scarce PPCLI Photo 1931-2 Fort Osborne Winnipeg Manitoba Armor Training Soldier D Kent
Photos in the next 25+ lots are from same source,all date from 1931 and some from 1932 at Fort Osborne Barracks,
Winnipeg Manitoba ,A Company .They were removed from falling apart album pages,so some have
some paper adhered to backsides from pages.See Pics.
All in excellent condition.Most named with personal notation by original photographer.
He wrote beside the photos,and those names will also go together.Not sure which soldier was
the photo owner? One of the lads in the main photos i would suggest.

Soldier leaning on #9 apc .Armored tracked vehicle shows great image and liscence plate.
Dated 1932.Manitoba.Just above plate is manufacture plate of vehicle,not quite sharp to read.
Tracked vehicle is a Carden-LLoyds Machine Gun Carrier APC .
L/Cpl Dave Kent was discharged from military ,10-8-1934 and returned to civilian life.
Great shot of uniform with armored beret.
Not sure which range they are on ,Shilo? Camp Hughes.Few other soldiers in background.
Photo has decorative motif around edge.
Measures 5 1/8 inch x 3 inches.
Lightest of wear.No creases.Very clear image.A couple of very light scratches,hard to see.
Comes with name card from album.
