    Description

    Set of Three Vintage 1950s-60s Framed Trapunto Quilted Embroidery Raised Cotton Birds.
    Excellent vintage condition. Due to age and hanging, the backing paper of the frames have a few ripped areas but not noticeable when hung. See images for details. No other damage, stains, tears. pulls or color fading.
    Trapunto is a centuries-old style where fabric is raised with batting. Bring this technique to your embroidery projects with specially digitized designs and batting between the fabric and stabilizer.
    Set includes three framed designs:
    1. Chickadee on Pine Tree Branch (Framed, Paper Backed and Stamped)
    2. Robin on Flowering Apple Branch
    (Framed, Paper Backed and Stamped)
    3. Towhee on Rose Bush Branch
    (Framed, Paper Backed and Stamped)
    Each measures: 12.5 inches tall (including wall hanger) x 10 inches wide x 1 inch deep.
    Each has a gilt gold ring wall hanger and black real wood frames. Red fabric faux mattes frame each design. The type of bird is printed in script font under the design.
