    Description

    This is a finished liquid embroidered velvet panel, a Christmas scene of bells with elves (with antennae!), from Artex, RN 30581.  Bright orange background with colors that really pop out.  The panel has a stamped blue line border allowing for a 3/4" to 1-1/2" edge for a seam or to attach a decorative edge.  There is one smudge type mark that is outside of the border line - shown in last pic.  (Will ship rolled around a foam core.)
