Vintage 12K GF Gold Filled Charm Bracelet CTO Ben Franklin

Up for auction is
a  vintage 12K gold filled charm bracelet with attached charm.  The bracelet measures about 7" long unclasped end to end.  Marked on the clasp 1/20-12K-GF.  This is also marked on the ring to which the clasp attaches.  Some additional marks are on the ring, but I am unable to make them out (see pictures).  Attached to the bracelet is a charm which is marked on the back 12 KGF CTO.  The front of the charm depicts a man which may be Ben Franklin and a ruby colored stone.   I do not know if the stone is real or not or if it is Ben Franklin so please look at the pictures and determine for yourself.  The diameter of the charm is about 1".  In good used condition with expected scratches from wearing the piece.  Please look at the pictures and email me with any questions.  Buyer to pay shipping charges.  Buyer to contact me within two days of auction end.  Any bidder with less than five feedbacks must contact me prior to bidding, otherwise may result in cancellation of bid.
