This is a Ballantine’s Ale Beer Serving Tray.  P. Ballantine & Sons, Newark, NJ.  Overall the tray is in very good condition showing some minor wear.  The tray measures about 12 inches in diameter 1” deep.  Compared to what is out there, this looks great.
