Vintage wall mounted notepad with attached pencil made by Pat Products, a division of Ketcham & McDougall, Inc - Roseland, NJ. It's metal, looks stainless steel or aluminum and the pencil part hangs on by a little ball chain. Some paper left on the notepad. The back page is for emergency numbers. Has a hole to mount on the wall. Measures about 8 inches long. Great mid-century look!
