    3-dimensional diorama model appears to be handmade, mid-century. Sailboat carved from maple, mounted on a framed teak plaque.
    Uncertain if this was sailor made or crafted by a correctional institution inmate as prison art in a trade education program.
    Original natural surface with some typical minor marks, scuffs, dings consistent with age; hard to see in photos but worth mentioning. Back of plaque with old attached postal label; uncertain if name of maker or owner.
